Phoenix Underwriting (הפניקס חיתום) is the investment banking arm of Phoenix Financial and is one of the leading and prominent firms in this field Israel. The company was founded as a partnership between top Israeli investment bankers with capital market expertise and Phoenix Financial. With years of combined experience in the financial sector, we provide a full suite of services to our clients looking to raise capital in the Israeli market.

Our History
Shaping Israel’s Financial Landscape with Proven Success
The company was established by a team of investment bankers and underwriters who had worked together for about 15 years in these sectors.
Over the years, team members gain experience working collaboratively in the largest and most significant investment banking firms in Israel, leading and participating in the major financing transactions in Israel’s economic history. These included equity IPOs and secondary transactions, debt issuances, private placements, M&A, and more, in the tens of billions of ILS.
